Shipping policy

Production time

All THOOSIEMERCH products are custom printed on demand. Each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production is complete. Estimated total delivery time from order to doorstep is 6 to 14 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Where we ship

During our opening phase, checkout and shipping are available only for delivery addresses within the United States. We do not accept international orders at this time.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery address.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update after the shipping notification is sent.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may be produced by different fulfillment providers and may arrive in separate packages. Each package may receive its own tracking update.
