What are coaster credits?

A "credit" is enthusiast slang for a unique roller coaster you have ridden. Collectors track their count as a measure of their dedication to the hobby. Every unique coaster equals one credit. Our tier system celebrates your milestones: Bronze (100), Silver (200–400), Gold (500–900), and Platinum (1,000–1,500).

What does "made to order" mean?

Every THOOSIEMERCH product is custom printed after you place your order. Nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. This means each item is produced specifically for you, which is why we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 3–7 business days. Shipping within the US takes an additional 3–7 business days after production. Total delivery time is approximately 6–14 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days after production. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

What is your return policy?

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No need to ship the item back — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping notification.

How do I care for my apparel?

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Do not bleach

What blanks do you use?

We use premium blanks: Bella+Canvas 3001 (t-shirts) and 3501 (long sleeves) for 100% combed ring-spun cotton, and Gildan 18000 (sweatshirts) and 18500 (hoodies) for heavy blend 50/50 cotton-poly. All prints are high-quality DTG (direct-to-garment).
