Refund policy
Made-to-Order Products
All THOOSIEMERCH products are custom printed on demand, which means each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was shown on the product page, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at thoosiemerch@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
There is no need to ship the item back. Once we verify the issue, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
What Is Not Covered
- Orders where the wrong size or color was selected by the customer
- Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches)
- Slight color differences due to screen calibration vs. printed output
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
